UNITED AIRLINES San Francisco to Melbourne Services

United Airlines’ new San Francisco to Melbourne services are scheduled to take flight on 31 October 2019.

The thrice-weekly flights are part of a huge network expansion by the American carrier over the last 12 months.

“This route expansion solidifies United’s position at San Francisco as the gateway airline serving destinations across the Pacific, the continental United States, as well as to Europe and beyond,” said Oscar Munoz, United’s CEO.

United has operated non-stop services between Australia and the United States for some 35 years, and now offers the most services between the two countries by any U.S. carrier.

“We’re delighted to see United Airlines continue its route expansion into Australia. Its Polaris cabin, lounges and customer experience are brilliant, and the Premium Plus product is terrific. It’s great to see this iconic airline continue to reinvent itself and please our clients,” says The Travel Authority Group’s Managing Director, Peter Hosper.
