This bespoke robotic tool has brought quality control to a new level.  The Travel Authority invested in this programme in partnership with Amadeus to ensure the absolute highest standards, guaranteeing an unsurpassed level of accuracy of all bookings made with us – be it online or directly with one of our team members.


After identifying the need to automate air bookings for the FIFO (Fly In Fly Out) market and the general resources sector, The Travel Authority has partnered with Amadeus to develop a robotic tool which automatically processes and manages on site/off site rosters for the marine / oil & gas and mining teams for their regular FIFO air travel to/from their workplace and to/from their home base.

The solution is a highly customisable tool, designed and built on the Amadeus Web Service platform with a SQL Server Database backend, enabling our clients to upload an agreed pre-formatted on/off roster (e.g. from OPMS system) directly into a dedicated web portal, validate its format compliancy, create individual bookings with profile data and deliver the completed itineraries to a nominated destination within seconds.
